Refund & Cancellation Policy — BajriRodi

Platform Fee (₹5 Contact Unlock)
- The ₹5 fee charged via Razorpay is a non-refundable platform service fee for unlocking contact details of a supplier or customer lead.
- Once contact details are revealed on screen, the fee cannot be refunded.
- If a technical error prevents the contact from being shown after payment, contact us within 24 hours at bajri2rodi@gmail.com and we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.
Material Orders
- BajriRodi does not collect payment for building materials. All material payments are made directly to the supplier at the time of delivery.
- Since no material payment is collected by BajriRodi, there is nothing to refund for material orders.
- If you have a dispute about materials, contact the supplier directly or reach our helpline at 8302527648.
Cancellations
- Customer lead listings are automatically removed after 5 days or 5 unlocks, whichever comes first.
- There is no cancellation charge for submitting or withdrawing an order request.
